Flexible graphite roll/plate is also called graphite sheet, and made of natural high purity flaky graphite through chemical treatment, high temperature expansion and multi-stage mould pressing or roll extrusion.

Advantages:

The product not only has all the characteristics of graphite, but also has light weight, softness, thermal stability, high and low temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, oil resistance, lubrication, compressibility, elasticity, and excellent sealing performance. It can be used for long time under extreme use condition, with low maintenance cost, so it is an ideal substitute for asbestos gasket.

Usage:

The product is a basic material for making various graphite composite plate (according to clients’ need, metal flat plate, metal toothed plate and metal netting, etc., can be added to the graphite layer), graphite strip, packing, sealing gasket, cylinder gasket, etc., or it sticks to various metal surface to improve sealing performance. It is widely used for dynamic and static sealing in machinery, pipes and pumps and electric power generation, petroleum industry, chemical, light industry, etc., and is an ideal sealing material to replace traditional rubber, asbestos, and plastic.

Working temperature:-200℃～1650℃(in non-oxidizing media),-200℃～850℃(in oxidizing media).

Graphite reinforcing composite plate is made of expandable graphite plate and various different materials such as metal toothed plate, metal flat plate, or mesh metal plate through pressing or adhering.The lining thin metal plate include ss316,ss304 stainless steel plate, tinned plate, zincification plate, etc.

Advantages:

The product has natural characteristics of graphite, thermal stability, anti-corrosion, high and low temperature resistance and high pressure resistance, no deformation, no hot or cold flow, strong micro sealing ability of surface, long service life, etc.

Usage:

The product is mainly used to make cylinder gasket for various engines and coin various reinforcing graphite sealing gaskets, and dynamic and static sealing members for various condition .It is widely used in industry fields such as shipbuilding, petroleum, machinery, chemical, natural gas, electric power, automobile fittings etc.

Flexible graphite strip is made of flexible graphite roll through cutting in the precision machined tool, and mainly is used to make various graphite sealing members such as graphite packing, graphite spiral wound gasket,packing ring, graphite yarn etc.

Flexible graphite strip can be further processed into the following products:

A. Flexible graphite strip: The flexible graphite roll into the shape with crape and then cut into belts.
B. Corrugated graphite strip: The graphite roll is extruded into waveshape and cut into belts.
C. Expanded graphite strip with one side adhesive coating : The graphite roll sticks to an adhesive strip
?. and is cut into belts.
D. Corrugated graphite strip with one side adhesive coating: The graphite roll sticks to an adhesive strip
?. and is rolled into waveshape and cut into belts.
E. Graphite strip with corrosion inhibitor: The flexible graphite roll is treated with corrosion inhibitor and

Usage:

The product is used to seal hot water, high temperature high pressure vapor, heat exchange liquid, hydrogen gas, ammonia gas, organic solvent etc., as emergency measures at site rescue, and packing for dynamic and static sealing in pumps and valves.
